In a geographical anomaly known mostly to locals and untouched by mass tourism, we are creating a domain dedicated to nature, wellness and autonomous living.

Set within a protected sanctuary of forests, water springs and open landscapes, the domain has a lake at its foot and 360° panoramic views from its highest points. You live fully immersed in nature, yet within easy reach of Fortaleza, one of Brazil's most dynamic cities.

Where we are located

The estate is in Pernambuquinho, a district of Guaramiranga, in the heart of the Serra de Baturité.

Surrounded by mountains and forest, it feels far away, while staying close to Guaramiranga, Fortaleza, the international airport and the coast.

Our story

We didn't design this for a market. We designed it for our own family, then opened the gate.

Like many families, we wanted more freedom, more space and a better quality of life. That desire led us from France to Brazil, a country where opportunity is still abundant, nature remains accessible and people can build a life with fewer constraints.

From land subdivision and legal procedures to construction and handover, we oversee the entire process for you.

1–3 months to issue your individual land title

12–36 months from planning and permits to your finished home
